We offer reliable countrywide Cash on Delivery (COD) services across Kenya, with delivery typically completed within 1–3 business days depending on your location.

Our standard delivery charges are:

• Nairobi: KSh 250
• Outside Nairobi: KSh 350

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If an item is delivered defective, damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from its description, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
• The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days.
