We will verify your identity via your registered email or recent order number to ensure data security. Once verified, your personal information will be permanently deleted within 7 business days, and confirmation will be sent to your email.

⚠️ 4. Important Notes

Invoices and transaction records may be temporarily retained to meet legal and tax requirements.
Once deletion is complete, your account and order history cannot be recovered.
